The Scotch Plains Public Library will present a seminar with interior designer Carrie Oesmann, ASID, on Wednesday, March 3, at 7:00 pm. Carrie Oesmann, ASID, is principle and owner of Bailiwick Design LLC, in Mt. Olive. Her topic will be "Finding the Perfect Combination to Express Your Style."

Ms. Oesmann explains, "The spaces in which we live affect us more than we realize. Color effects our moods, certain patterns can make us feel good or even agitated, texture effects our comfort and warmth, and lighting effects how we see it all! The perfect balance of all these factors, along with proportion and scale is the final goal of any room design. It just feels right, we know it when we see it! Creating a well-designed living space can be a challenge, but with the right direction you can make your vision a reality!"

Pre-registration for this program is recommended. All programs at the Library are free and open to all interested participants.
