Man Stole, Used Lansdale Woman's Credit Card at Philly Wawa, Target: Police


Lansdale Police are seeking the identity of a man who stole and later used a Lansdale woman's credit card at a Target and Wawa in the city on June 5.

Police said, on June 5, at 5 p.m., a Lansdale resident had her wallet stolen from a restaurant on the 1100 block of Filbert Street in Philadelphia.

Soon thereafter, her credit card was used by the alleged thief at a Wawa on the 1600 block of S. Delaware Avenue, and again at Target at 1 Mifflin St., police said.

Surveillance footage showed the culprit was the same black male, police said.

After the Target transaction, the man fled the scene in a 1997, 1998 or 1999 gold Oldsmobile Cutlass, police said.
