New York, NY—The election for the Manhattan District Attorney’s office is scheduled for June 2021, and that means that another candidate forum is in order. Last month, the Chelsea Reform Democrats and Hell’s Kitchen Democrats co-hosted a forum for the nine candidates running in the 2021 Democratic primary. Tomorrow evening, the West Side Democrats will be hosting, which will be moderated by Brett Dignam, Vice Dean and Clinical Professor of Law at Columbia Law School.

The confirmed eight candidates for tomorrow evening’s virtual forum include Tahanie Aboushi, Alvin Bragg, Liz Crotty, Diana Florence, Lucy Lang, Eliza Orlins, Dan Quart and Tali Farhadian Weinstein.

The West Side Democrats, recently formed after three longtime Democratic clubs on the West Side—Community Free Democrats, Ansonia Independent Democrats and Park River Independent Democrats—voted to form a single club.
