MAPLEWOOD, NJ – The Maplewood Chamber of Commerce will present a special event on Wednesday, October 23 at 6 p.m., featuring Master Cerified Coach Elizabeth Guilday speaking on the topic, “Interpersonal Neurobiology ---How Personal Relationships Can Strengthen Our Minds.”
This program invites participants to consider “a new approach to thinking about how we engage with others and how our relationships can foster profound shifts in our attitudes, ideas and responses to what happens day-to-day.” Participants will apply simple ideas and techniques in practicing interactions with others through role play.
Learn to improve your capacity to use relationships wisely, manage fear and respond flexibly to life’s challenges.
