Maplewood Rotary Club's 16th Annual Affair of the Heart was a huge success!

June 17, 2013 at 5:14 PM

MAPLEWOOD, NJ - All the members of The Maplewood Rotary Club wish to sincerely thank everyone who attended and supported its annual “Affair of the Heart” fundraiser held earlier this spring at the Maplewood Country Club.

More than 125 guests--Rotarians, their families and friends of Rotary--gathered for an evening of fine dining, dancing, live and silent auctions in support of the club’s Gift of Life project, which sponsors life-saving heart surgeries for children around the world and other “gifts of life” to children.

The Maplewood Rotary Club was not only honored to have presented its annual Citizenship Award to local resident and “super volunteer” Andrea Wren-Hardin, but to also to have had the amazing support of four principal sponsors this year:

Our heart- felt thanks goes out to these sponsors for their generosity and to all those whose donated goods and services to the event, making the evening such a success.

Stay tuned for updates regarding our work with the “Gift of Life” projects.
