UNION, NJ – New Jersey State Police officers arrested a Maryland man at a diner in Union for allegedly attempting to lure a 13-year old girl for the purpose of having a sexual encounter.
On Thursday, February 7, a State Police detective posed as a 13-year-old girl and communicated with Felix Jimenez-Romero, 36, of Hyattsville MD, using Skout, an online application.
