Mayor Whilesmith Proclaims Small Business Week

SPARTA, NJ- Together with Cathy Dilger of C3 Workplace and Margaret Kranz of Valley National Bank, Mayor Molly Whilesmith read a proclamation recognizing National Small Business Week, May 12 through 16, at the Town Council meeting Tuesday night.

C3 is a shared workspace facility on Main Street in Sparta.  Dilger and her sister Donna Miller opened  the business in December of 2012.  They offer a place for self employed people to meet and conduct business with a full range of support services and equipment. 

Valley National Bank, a full service bank, has a branch located in the jug handle at Woodport Road, in Sparta.  Kranz is a bank vice president and community and chamber of commerce volunteer. 

In honor of Small Business Week, there are several events scheduled at C3 this week, including Relationship Building Networking on Thursday, May 15 from 4 to 7 p.m.
