The employees of Analytic Stress Relieving, Inc., located in Middlesex, NJ recently conducted a food drive for the Food Bank Network of Somerset County, collecting over 550 pounds of food to be distributed to local families in need.
“We know that a lot of families are struggling right now. Many of the local establishments have been closed since the onset of the COVID crisis and people have been out of work for some time”, said Bob Lake, District Manager. “We all feel fortunate to be able to help out in some small way.” The Lafayette, LA based company, which provides heat treating services worldwide to a variety of industries, supported the local employees’ efforts and provided a matching donation.
“We are currently distributing about 25,000 pounds of food each month and rely heavily on private donations to be able to meet the increasing need”, said Gordon White, President of the Food Bank Network of Somerset county. “We’re very grateful to the groups who have provided support on an on-going basis and our new donors like Analytic Stress who are reaching out for the first time.”
