MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ - Middlesex County has an exciting line-up of events as part of a county-wide celebration of America's independence. History comes alive at several locations; kids become engaged; fireworks shine bright; and the Declaration is read.

The Declaration of Independence will be read at one of the locations where the first Declaration was actually read in 1776 in New Brunswick.
In New Jersey Olde Towne Village in Piscataway, there will be village tours, a presentation of life in New Jersey in the 1950's, and historical characters from the American Revolution.
Also in New Brunswick, the Buccleuch Mansion will be re-opened.
Fireworks will rise at an event in Piscataway starting at 6:00pm.
