MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ - Middlesex County's Emergency Food Distribution Network works with more than 100 local food pantries and social service agencies throughout the county. The coronavirus pandemic has hit many Middlesex County residents hard, which is why MCFOODS is partnering with the Monroe Township food pantry to host a Fall Harvest Food Drive on Saturday, October 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Monroe Township Park and Ride to help stock the shelves. The following items are needed:

  • Canned chicken
  • Cereal
  • Canned meats
  • Canned pasta
  • Boxed macaroni and cheese
  • Rice
  • Paper products
  • Diapers
  • Baby wipes
  • Dry beans
  • Canned beans
  • Soap
  • Shampoo
  • Toothpaste
  • Canned vegetables
  • Canned fruit
  • Soup
  • Stew
  • Granola bars

MCCFOODS asks that all donated items be either canned or packaged foods only. Glass items cannot be accepted. Monetary donations can also be made by sending a check payable to Feeding Middlesex County to PO Box 781, Edison, NJ 08818.
