SHORT HILLS, NJ - The Millburn High School Autism Awareness Club held a fundraiser, "The Awareness Cycle," on Friday, February 7, at SoulCycle on Morris Turnpike.  Participants raised over $1,400 while enjoying a professionally coached cardio-cycling work out.

With those funds, the club will continue to raise awareness of autism in the school and community, along with the message of compassion, understanding, acceptance and inclusion.  The event was generously sponsored by SoulCycle, Short Hills.

Coming up in March, the MHS Autism Awareness Club will host the annual school dance-a-thon and in April, the club is planning many activities for Millburn Autism Awareness Month, including decorating the school hallways in blue and distributing blue light bulbs as a part of Autism Speaks' international Light It Up Blue initiative.
