Millburn Middle School Custodian Arrested for Sexual Assault and Child Endangerment

Andrew Reilly, a Millburn Middle School custodian, arrested for sexual assault and child endangerment

MILLBURN, NJ – The Millburn Police have arrested Millburn Middle School custodian Andrew J. Reilly and charged him with three counts of sexual assault and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Police allege that “on three occasions while employed as a custodian for the Millburn Board of Education, Reilly exposed himself in view of a child less than 13 years of age.”

The 28-year-old Union man had been investigated by police after Millburn Middle School officials notified them, according to a release from the Millburn PD today.

The arrest took place on July 15 and Reilly was taken into custody.  Bail was set at $150,000 cash or bond. He was later transferred to the Essex County Correctional Facility.

At this time there are no further details, and the investigation is ongoing.
