MILLBURN, NJ - Township public schools will be closed on Friday, Jan. 3, due to the snow. Residents are advised to remain off the roads until they have been sufficiently cleared.
Township officials have passed along the following message from JCP&L:
JCP&L is fully staffed and prepared to respond should any outages occur as a result of today's predicted snow storm. Additional personnel are also on stand by and will be deployed if needed. JCP&L is continuing to monitor the storm and will provide additional updates as conditions warrant.
Customers should immediately report any downed wires to JCP&L or their local police or fire department. Customers should never go near a downed power line. Customers are also reminded to never attempt to remove trees or tree limbs from power lines.

Customers can also obtain a summary of any current outages affecting their town by clicking on the "MyTown" link on the JCP&L 24/7 Power Center outage maps page.
