MILLBURN, NJ - Members of the public will have one last chance to hear a presentation of a recently completed parking deck study on Thursday, June 16, at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
Following that event, the Township Committee will vote on whether to proceed with building a parking deck at its Tuesday, June 21, meeting.
Meanwhile, the Committee heard an hour-long presentation on the study during last night’s meeting, where members of the governing body and residents had a chance to ask their questions.
Two engineers from Timothy Haahs & Associates discussed preliminary plans for structures on Lot 2, at the corner of Essex Street and Lackawanna Place, and on Lot 7, adjacent to the Millburn train station. The Committee will have to decide which plan, if either, they want to pursue.
