Mohawk Avenue Closed for a Month for Construction

SPARTA, NJ - Starting Monday, July 14 at 7:30 a.m., a gas line installation will be taking place in the area of Mohawk Avenue and the White Deer Plaza. Mohawk Avenue will be closed to through traffic and will detoured using Winona Parkway and Seminary Lane.

This project is expected to take approximately one month. Construction will end at 3:30 p.m. each afternoon. Police will be alternating and assisting traffic throughout the day.

If possible, plan an alternate route of travel if you use Mohawk Avenue. The project will be done in stages. This site will post any changes or updates as the project continues.
