WEST ORANGE, NJ - On Monday, Oct. 7, thousands of West Orange students will "go blue" as they kick off their Week of Respect, part of the Harrassment, Intimidation and Bullying initiatve in New Jersey.  New Jersey has the toughest anti-bullying laws in the country, and the school districts take their efforts seriously to promote tolerance and respect.

The West Orange Alternative Press will report on several of the events going on this week in an effort to keep the West Orange community aware that bullying is not limited to children and teenagers.  Adult should follow the children's lead in recognizing that cyber-bullying, harrassment and intimidation, whether at home, the workplace, or in the community, will not be tolerated in West Orange.
