Monk’s Home Improvements of Morristown, NJ, has been awarded two customer service awards based on customer feedback.

For the fourth year in a row, Angie’s List has awarded the home improvement and remodeling company with the “Angie’s List Super Service Award." Online platform, Houzz, awarded Monk’s Home Improvements with their “Best of Houzz” award.

Both of the awards are based on a variety of factors including the number and quality of client reviews that a professional receives throughout the year.

“It’s great that our customers have awarded us with these honors again,” said Ty Monk, founder of Monk’s Home Improvements. “Customer service is our top priority, so I’m glad our clients say we are consistently delivering," he added.

These awards represent the top service providers in the area. Only three perecen to five percent of professionals earn these awards on Houzz and Angie’s List, respectively.

“Anyone remodeling looks to Houzz for the most talented and service-oriented professionals” said Liza Hausman, vice president of Industry Marketing for Houzz. “We’re so pleased to recognize Monk’s Home Improvements, voted one of our 'Best Of Houzz' professionals by our enormous community of homeowners.”
