Montgomery, Simson, Barnett, Collier Score for Chatham in Victory over Ridgewood

WAYNE, NJ - Will Barnett's power-play goal with 31 seconds left in the second period broke a tie and sent Chatham to a 4-2 ice hockey victory over Ridgewood on Monday at the Ice Vault.

Brett Montgomery netted a power-play goal off a pass from Robert Graziano to tie the game at 1-1 in the first for the Cougars. Ridgewood grabbed a 2-1 edge in the second period before Teddy Simson scored to make it 2-2 for Chatham. Kevin Allen and Austin Pierce were credited with assists on the goal.

Simson and Graziano picked up the assists when Barnett broke the 2-2 tie late in the second period. Colby Collier's goal on a pass from A.J. Albanese helped Chatham clinch it with 2:10 left in the third. C.J. Albanese made 16 saves for Chatham, which held a 33-18 shot advantage.
