MONTVILLE, NJ - The Montville varsity boys basketball team extended its record to 6-3 on Wednesday night with a 55-44 victory over Morris Knolls in Montville.
Montville put the game away with a 32-25 second-half after being locked in a close struggle throughout the first half with Morris Knolls. Erik Werkheim collected 20 points, 14 rebounds and eight blocked shots to lead Montville in all three categories.
Jacob Kaplan finished with 14 points, three assists and five rebounds and Jesse Warech had 13 points and four assists for Montville. Jacob Coleman handed out six assists in Montville's victory.
