Montville Township School District Superintendent Gives Students the Night Off

MONTVILLE, NJ - Monday, March 17 is an official Homework Free Night according to Montville Township Public Schools Superintendent, Dr. Paul Fried.

In accordance with the Homework Free guidelines, homework will not be assigned, nor will quizzes or tests be scheduled following the Homework Free Night.

“It is our hope that families use these rare homework free evenings to spend relaxing time together having dinner and enjoying a night off with one another,” Fried wrote in his letter to the Montville Township Public School community.

The Montville Township school district has established one homework free evening per quarter. St. Patrick’s Day marks the third homework free night in the 2013-2014 school year.

The final Homework Free Night scheduled for the year will be May 29.
