The Madison Area YMCA is pleased to announce that in conjunction with professional soccer player Vincenzo Bernardo and Morris Elite, the Y will offer Morris Elite Madison Area YMCA Summer Soccer Camp this summer for children ages 4 to 17. Vincenzo Bernardo started his soccer career at the Madison Area YMCA and has played professionally in Europe, South America and the United States. Two camp sessions are offered: Monday, August 4, through Friday, August 8; and Monday, August 11, through Friday, August 15. Both sessions offer a full-day option from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and half-day options from 9:00 a.m. to12:00 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Camp will take place at Memorial Field on Rosedale Avenue next to the Madison Community Pool. Full-day camp is $250 per week and half-day camp is $180 per week. The fee includes a VB YMCA soccer ball and uniform. All children will receive an evaluation upon completion of the camp.
