On January 4, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Catinella responded to an Alan Drive residence on an attempted burglary report. The resident reports at approximately 1:19 am a thin build male wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, light colored pants, glove on his right hand, and ski mask attempted to open his garage door that was locked. The actor then left the area on a bicycle. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 4, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Laverty responded to a Farley Rd residence on a burglary to motor vehicle report. The resident reports sometime overnight unknown actor/s entered her 2015 BMW X5 in the driveway and ransacked the glove compartment and center console. Nothing appears to be missing. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 4, 2019 Millburn Police Officer McMillan responded to a White Oak Ridge Rd residence on a criminal mischief report. The resident reports between 8:30 am and 1:35 pm unknown actor/s damaged the windshield of her 2014 Lexus GX4 in her driveway. The incident is under investigation by the Millburn Police Detective Bureau.

On January 6, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Seebohm responded to The Mall at Short Hills near the Cheescake Factory on a report of a theft from Nordstroms. The investigation led to the arrest of 53 year old Eddie Johnson of Newark for shoplifting 3 items valued at $469.00 without making payment. Mr. Johnson was remanded to the Essex County Correctional Facility.

On January 6, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Kostovski responded to the Sephora store at The Mall at Short Hills on a theft report. Sephora personnel report 37 year old Jeyran Yusufova of Brooklyn concealed 3 items valued at $93.00 and left the store without making payment. Mrs. Yusufova was placed under arrest and charged with shoplifting before being released on a summons.

On January 6, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 1997 Nissan Quest on Rt 124/Hobart Gap Rd for a plate obstruction. The investigation led to the arrest of 58 year old Lorin Brown of Newark on an outstanding warrant out of the Union County Sheriffs Department. Mr. Brown was placed under arrest and turned over to the Union County Sheriffs Department. 

On January 7, 2019 Millburn Police Officer Royce stopped a 2018 Nissan Altima on Rt 124/Broad St for making an improper left turn. The investigation led to the arrest of 22 year old Adama Diakite of Brooklyn for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana). Mr. Diakite was issued a summons and released.

These are accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty in a court of law.
