Discover Your Recipe for a Healthy Life is the opportunity to improve one’s health and knowledge that Sharon Goldner, Certified Health Coach and Professional Chef, is offering to those who join this three-week group program, starting January 21st. Meeting Tuesday evenings at 7:30-8:45 pm, in Ms. Goldner’s Fanwood office, this class series is only offered a few times a year.
Similar to one-on-one coaching, participants will get the tools to change their eating habits and gain the confidence to take control of their health. Specifically, they will learn which powerful foods are missing from their diets, and which weakening foods need to be reduced or replaced. Every session will include cooking demonstrations and food tastings that will further empower and motivate the participants to eat more healthy food every day. Ms. Goldner will educate the group on the foods that impact energy, sleep, digestion, mood and weight loss. Everyone benefits from the group camaraderie and support. “If you’re ready for change, consider this program a good way to invest in yourself to feel better and to reach your goals in 2014.”
Discover Your Recipe for a Healthy Life program dates: January 21, 28 and February 4 at 7:30-8:45 pm. The $111 fee includes food to sample and take home, recipes, nutritional information and other giveaways. Early registration by January 10th reduces fee to $99.
