Ken Lucianin is a government and community affairs professional with twenty years of diversified experience in community outreach programs, and municipal and state level legislation. He is a United States Navy veteran stationed at the Pentagon. Preceding his time in the military Lucianin attended Bergen Community College and Rutgers University and pursued a degree in Public Affairs.
Mr. Lucianin brings government and infrastructure experience in both the private and public sectors to Matrix. His experience includes oversight of government and community affairs during his time at the PANYNJ, working with Community leaders and elected officials to support the executive director and executive staff. Mr. Lucianin aided in resolving issues with the Agency’s Core Mission. Working as the Business Development Manager for Gilbane Construction, Lucianin has developed relationships in both sectors for one of the nations’ largest privately held construction companies. Lucianin has also worked at Environmental Remediation and Financial Services in Sea Girt, NJ as director of Government Affairs.
Kenneth is currently serving as an Advisor to the Board of Directors of Environmental Remediation Financial Services (ERFS). Lucianin is also the only Commissioner of the Passaic Valley Water Commission appointed by Governor Corzine and Governor Christie. He is a former School Board Member and Councilman. Mr. Lucianin was also an elected delegate for Senator John Kerry at the DNC in 2004. Lucianin is a lifelong resident of the city of Passaic where he currently resides with his wife, Lisa, and his two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Ava and Benjamin B.
