February 22, 2014 at 3:17 PM

ROSELLE, NJ - A Message from Superintendent George Phipps at The Borough of ROSELLE DPW

Dear Neighbor,
It is my pleasure along with Mayor Jamel C. Holley and the Roselle Borough Council, to provide you with the new regular garbage and recycling schedule for 2014. I ask you to join me and the
Roselle governing body in our town-wide recycling effort to give new life to household waste that would otherwise be added to landfills or incinerators.

We have also brought our regular garbage collection, bulk pick up and vegetated waste in-house, which is a significant savings of more than $1 million to Roselle taypayers. In addition, with this change we have created new jobs for our Borough residents. Your commitment to recycling and this new garbage plan helps the Borough save money and control property taxes. Let’s all work together to create a greener Roselle and show our community pride. The more we recycle, the more money we save for other community programs, such as road repair, park maintenance and special events for you and your family.

As always, my best wishes to you.
