Newark Man Arrested In West Orange and Verona Armed Robberies

WEST ORANGE, NJ - Antwon Yarbrough, 27, of Newark, was arrested this morning by FBI special agents for "alleged offenses in connection with armed robberies" at a Krauszers Food Store in West Orange and a Subway restaurant in Verona, according to  U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman. 
Yarbrough is charged with two counts of committing a Hobbs Act robbery and one count of using a firearm during a crime of violence.
Yarbrough appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph A. Dickson in Newark this afternoon and was detained.
