LIVINGSTON, NJ - Newmark Associates, Inc. announced the sale today of a one story 7,000 SF retail building in Essex County.  The buyer will occupy 3500 SF of the freestanding, brick building at 613 Route 10 in Livingston where a specialty grocery store presently leases the remaining 3500 SF.  Located on Route 10 East near the Livingston Circle, major highways, and NJ Transit bus transportation, the building is a prime location with ample, customer parking.

David Bieber, Esq., Executive Vice President and Sales Associate at Newmark, represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.

Also in Livingston at 293 Eisenhower Parkway, Mr. Bieber represented a wealth management firm in the leasing of office space for their headquarters with a large terrace on the top floor of the building. The property is owned by Eastman Companies who celebrate their 35th anniversary this year as one of New Jersey’s most prominent, mid-sized, commercial, community-oriented real estate organizations.
