NEWTON, NJ – The Town of Newton is restarting the Senior Shuttle. The service began on Monday.
Town officials announced there will be social distancing and masks will be required.
Schedule for Monday through Friday:
- Brookside Terrace - 10 a.m. 11 a.m. 1 p.m.
- Liberty Towers - 10:20 a.m. 11:20 a.m. 1:20 p.m.
- Newton Town Center on Spring Street across from the Theater - 10:30 a.m. 11:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m.
Times are approximate. If a resident needs to be picked up a times or locations not listed they can call the shuttle driver one hour prior to needed pick up at 973-534-2967.
The shuttle will drop off throughout the Town of Newton and will go as far as Lowes in Hampton.
The Town of Newton provides the Senior Shuttle without charge as a service to all residents 55-years-old and older.
