NPEF to Host Casino Royale Night Oct. 26

NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ- The Roaring Twenties are back with casino games, a silent and live auction, contests, tricky tray raffle, and a dizzying array of prizes that are being featured at this year’s Casino Royale hosted by the New Providence Education Foundation (NPEF).

The New Providence Senior Center will be open for this fundraiser at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26. All the proceeds will be applied toward grants awarded to the New Providence public schools for the 2013-14 school year.

The live auction lineup includes items that cannot be purchased elsewhere, such as two VIP tickets to both the DirecTV Super Bowl Celebrity Beach Bowl Party and the Super Saturday Night Party, a dinner party for eight prepared and served by the NPEF board of trustees, and the Civil War of Golf full day, all-inclusive outing for seven at Canoe Brook Country Club hosted by the organizations own president, Hugo Barth.

The silent auction lineup includes Broadway tickets, fine jewelry, sports tickets and memorabilia, Disney passes, talk show tickets, and much, much more.

With participation from individuals, businesses, and organizations in the community, the NPEF was able to award more than $67,800 in grants last year.
