Number of Staff, Teachers Retiring from District

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - A number of staff and administrators are retiring this year after many years of service to the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District.

Those retiring are:

  • Dorothy Bogda - Third Grade, John F. Kennedy Primary, 18 years of service
  • Michael Church - Secretary, 37 years of service
  • Rebecca Creswell - Media Specialist, Hamilton Primary, 18 years of service
  • Diane Dabkowski - Super SE, 7 years of service
  • Cheryl Gerard - SE Teacher, Crim Primary, 25 years of service
  • Cindy Giordano - Counselor, Bridgewater-Raritan High School, 14 years of service
  • Joanne Hashway-Rowe - Super SE, 2 years of service
  • Cynthia Hiotis - SE Assist, Bridgewater-Raritan High School, 26 years of service
  • Gail Kane - English, Bridgewater-Raritan High School, 14 years of service
  • Virginia Kent - Receptionist, Bridgewater-Raritan High School, 9 years of service
  • Mary Kirchheim - Latin, Bridgewater-Raritan High School, 12 years of service
  • Cathy Lamont - Secretary, Bridgewater-Raritan High School, 29 years of service
  • Rolando Manzur - Maintenance, B&G, 25 years of service

Somerset Man Arrested for Eluding Officers on Promenade Boulevard, According to Police Report

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - A Somerset man was arrested Nov. 9 after he attempted to elude police officers on Promenade Boulevard, according to a report from Bridgewater Township Police.

Somerset Patriots Name Marc Schwartz As Radio Broadcaster

BRIDGEWATER, NJ- The Somerset Patriots have announced that Marc Schwartz has been named the radio broadcaster for the 2017 season.
