Oak Knoll 5th Grader Wins Union County Poetry Contest

SUMMIT, NJ - Samantha Parelli, who attends Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child in Summit, has won first place for 5th graders in the 2014 Union County Arbor Day Poetry Contest.

Contestants, ranging from grades 4 through 8, had to prepare an original work in an effort to promote Arbor Day, and creatively show the importance of trees in Union County.
