Located at 1300 Raritan Road, Clark, and formerly named Hyatt Hills Pub, Oh’ Brian’s on the Green boasts a dining and entertainment experience like no other in Central NJ. Choose to be seated in our bar area for a more casual environment or dine in our newly renovated dining room. Guests will find a varied selection of delicious dining options from our a la carte menu. Oh’Brian’s patio seating overlooks the lovely Hyatt Hills Golf course. If you enjoy cover bands, acoustic soloists, comedy shows, cooking demonstrations, private catering needs, Oh’ Brian’s on the Green always has your seat ready for you.
Through his expertly prepared traditional pub fare, fine dining entrées, and seasonal weekly specials, co-owner and Executive Chef Brian Walter shares his passion for great food, from the traditional to the adventurous. Chef Brian is proud to be an honorary James Beard Foundation member. He received his training from the French Culinary Institute and has held positions in New York City’s premier 3 and 4 star restaurants including The French Embassy, PO with Mario Batali, Le Cirque 2000, Lespinasse, Guastavino’s, and the Union Club. Chef Brian returned to his home state of New Jersey to helm the kitchens at Acqua Ristorante, Char Steakhouse, and Hamilton Farm Golf Club. Chef Brian’s culinary expertise, love of cooking and passion for fresh ingredients was the inspiration for opening Oh’Brian’s Pourhouse, and now its sister restaurant, Oh’Brian’s on the Green with partner Brian Costello.
