MILLBURN, NJ – The one-week countdown has begun for Downtown Millburn’s annual “Girls Night Out,” which will take place on Thursday, May 8, from 5 – 9 p.m. (rain or shine). Local merchants will open their doors and offer in-store specials and events throughout the night.
More than 1,300 people participated in last year’s event and this year’s looks to be even bigger and better. To continue to improve the Girls Night Out event, the Downtown Millburn Development Alliance utilized the services of Event Planner, Kisha A. Barner, to make sure all aspects of the event run smoothly and combine to make it an event people will want to attend year after year.
“My team and I are very excited to be a part Girls Night Out Millburn again! This is a very special event for the Millburn community, and we are happy to be a part of creating a fun and memorable night for all,” said Barner, President and Founder of Pure Ambiance Event Design. “There will be so many new exciting things happening at this year’s Girls Night Out. One big hit that I’m certain of, will be the ‘Dunk-a-Hunk’ tank for charity.”
Pre-registration can be done online at www.downtownmillburn.org, or you can register that day starting at 5 p.m. in Lot 5. At the event, there will be “Surprise Bags” available for purchase, which will include various gifts and prizes. All monies collected from these “Surprise Bags” will go to support the Down the Block and Opportunity Project.
