Parkview School Ready To Reopen

MILLTOWN, NJ - Milltown School Superintendent Dr. Stephanie Brown announced on Tuesday that the mold remediation work at Parkview School has been completed, and that clearance has been given by the environmental consultant for all to return to Parkview. Students, faculty, and administrators can return to the school for normal full day classes commencing on Thursday, Sept. 26. Lunch will be served as usual on Thursday.  SACC will be relocated back to Parkview on Thursday as well, and run on their regular AM/PM schedule.

Wednesday will remian as an early dismissal day for grades K-4 at Our Lady Of Lourdes (OLOL).  The day will be used as a transition day for everyone to plan for the move, and to change back to a full day schedule. Wednesday will be the last day that classes will be held at OLOL and at St. Paul's. It will also be the last day for SACC and emergency child care at OLOL.

Brown also pointed out that there is still a remaining classroom at Kilmer School in need of remediation, and this room is expected to be completed shortly.  It is anticipated that this classroom will be ready to be reoccupied at some point next week.
