PATERSON, NJ- A 30-year old Paterson man who sought treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center was allegedly carjacked and shot by three males on Friday.

According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald the incident took place at approximately 5:08 p.m. in the area of Godwin Avenue and Summer Street.

The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released once it becomes available.
