Paterson to Hold Two Community Forums on Schools

PATERSON, NJ - The first of two scheduled forums on the state of Paterson's public schools is scheduled for tonight.

Hosted by State District Superintendent Donnie W. Evans, the community forums on the district's annual report and transformational planning will be held Thursday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at International High School, and then again on Monday, Feb. 24 at School No. 25, also from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Evans will conduct a discussion on current progress in the school district and several initiatives, including school budgets and the needs of various facilities.

All are welcome to attend the forums, and translators will be available.

PATERSON, N.J. - The Green Acres Program has purchased an 8.5 acre tract of land adjacent to the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park.
