Pedestrian Struck By Automobile in Roselle Park


ROSELLE PARK, NJ -  Roselle Park Police responded to the 300 block of Locust Street at approximately 9:16 p.m. Thursday night following the report of an auto pedestrian accident.

The victim a 16 year old resident was struck by a vehicle while crossing Locust Street on his bicycle. He was taken to University Hospital and was said to be in stable condition after suffering a broken leg and lacerations to his head.

The 80 year old driver from Elizabeth was not charged in the accident, however the investigation was ongoing.
