WEATHERFORD, Texas — The United States Team Penning Association, Inc. (“USTPA”) has hired Stephanie Ball as their new Director of Member Services.

Ball takes over on July 30 for Bailey Gonzales (née Nichols) who recently relocated to California with her new husband.

Originally from Reading, Pa., Ball now resides in Wellington, Colo., just north of Fort Collins. Initially attending Penn State University, she eventually earned her two bachelor’s degrees (Agricultural Business and Equine Science) from Colorado State University.

An active Ranch Sorting competitor, Ball also enjoys the sport of Team Penning and plans to compete in USTPA events in both Ranch Sorting and Team Penning in the coming season. She comes to the USTPA after almost two years with the Cinch/RSNC organization where she gained valuable experience in all aspects of the business.

“Stephanie is an exciting addition to the USTPA team”, stated USTPA President, Brian McClain. “Her experience in the industry combined with her educational background will help make her a tremendous asset for our growing organization”.

Ball will initially be based in the new USTPA office in Fort Collins.

About the USTPA. The United States Team Penning Association is a recognized International Governing Body for the sports of Team Penning and Ranch Sorting. The USTPA was formed as a non-profit {IRC 501(c)(5)} association in 1993 to promote Team Penning and Ranch Sorting across the United States and internationally, with standardized rules and a rider rating system designed to provide fair competition for beginners to experienced riders.
