Pete's Place Introduces New Dinner Menu With Cooking Class

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Newly opened Pete's Place Family Restaurant held a ladies night cooking class on Thursday to a dining room of guests eager to learn from Chef Paulie and Brian, the tricks to their trade. 

The evening's menu included Italian favorites from the Pete's Place dinner menu, which is served Tuesday through Saturday nights with BYOB.

The group of aspiring chefs comprised of many local business owners and moms celebrating a Thursday night out. The ladies enjoyed the class and dining experience  while socializing with new and old friends.

Pete's Place dinner menu includes: Marinated Skirt Steak; Chicken and Shrimp Jubilee; V.L.T. (Parmesan Crusted Veal Cutlet, Pan Fried, Topped with Arugula, Fresh Tomato, Bermuda Onion, and Chef's Balsamic); Vegetable Risotto; Lump Crab Cakes; and Farfalle Amatricana in addition to daily specials. 

Pete's regular special: Penne alla Vodka with Chicken for $9.95 and Mini Ravioli with Marinara for $9.95. (Served with side salad.)
