HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - Despite ominous skies and intermittent rain, thousands poured into the Rotary Club of Hillsborough Fair Saturday night for the next-to-last day of the annual fund raising spectacular.
Earlier on Saturday, the Rotarians opened the fairgrounds off Route 206 to Special Needs children, adults and their families for a fun-filled day. All rides, food and drink were provided free, with close to 1,000 people attending.
Sunday is the final day of the fair, open from 2-5 p.m.
The fair is the major fund raising event of the year for the Rotary club. All monies raised goes back into the community, helping to support schools and other non-profit,charitable organizations.
