PISCATAWAY, NJ — The Piscataway Board of Education posted the following information on the district’s website regarding their next meeting set for this Thursday, August 13.   

“Due to the declaration of a Public Health Emergency and State of Emergency by the Governor of the State of New Jersey, the Business Meeting of the Piscataway Township Board of Education scheduled for August 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Administration Building is now scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. and will take place via video teleconference. Upon opening the meeting, the Board will immediately convene an Executive Session to review and discuss the personnel agenda, litigation, HIB monthly reports, and other matters pursuant to law N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b).  

The Public Session of the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and action will be taken. Members of the public may view the Public Session of the meeting by accessing the following Zoom link at 7:00 p.m.:

Members of the public can submit public comments via email to Boardmeeting@pway.org up until the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Public comments should include the sender’s name and address and will be read aloud by the Board Secretary during the video teleconference.”
