WEST ORANGE, NJ - Temporary power outages plagued residents of St. Cloud as last night's storm and winds felled a tree near Northfield Avenue and Walker Road, bringing down some wires. Despite the inconvenience to residents still recovering from Hurricane Sandy, the power, which went out about 7:00 am, was back on in several areas by 12:30pm and in all areas by 7:30 pm.
