LIVINGSTON, NJ - The Arts Council of Livingston is holding its 15th Annual “Art at the Oval,” event on Sunday, September 21, from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m at the Livingston Oval. The public is invited to attend and artists are welcome to exhibit. The event will also feature many activities for children and adults, alike. For further information call (973) 992-1950 or (973) 994-1516, or send an email to: vivolshen@aol.com or feigenfinearts@gmail.com.

Applications are still being accepted and all artists are invited to compete in this art show, with ribbons and cash prizes. Due to demand, The Arts Council of Livingston will be accepting applications on a first-come first-served basis and the fee for enrollment is $75.

Art at the Oval is a prestigious, juried, outdoor fine art and craft exhibit, showcasing works from many well-known area artists. It also draws artists from the entire tri-state area.

Artists who sell their artwork, photography, artistic jewelry, sculpture and decorative pieces are encouraged to sign up for the event.  In addition, The Arts Council of Livingston is again including an “emerging artists” category, featuring new, up-and-coming artists this year.

“We are excited to feature a variety of unique artwork that will make perfect gifts or additions to your home,” said Arts Council President Vivian Olshen.
