RANDOLPH, NJ- Let the fencing commence. The Randolph boys and girls fencing team captured multiple individual and team honors at The Morris County Fencing Tournament, which was held at Randolph High School on Saturday, Jan 18.

The teams who participated in the tournament were: Butler, Chatham, Mendham, Morris Catholic, Morris Hills, Morris Knolls, Morristown, Randolph and West Morris Central.
This was the third year Randolph hosted according to coach Mitch Dorfman. He commented "We are very proud to have started the tournament, in response to a need for a county competition."
The tournament grew this year from 8 teams to 9, and had 270 fencers competing.
Dorfman continued "This tourmanemt differentiates Morris County H.S. Fencing from all others, in that we are the only one to have a County Boys and Girls Championship competition."
Pulling off an event of this size required tremendous planning and coordination.
