The housing inventory continues to grow as we hit 112 homes on the market up almost 20 homes from a week and half ago from my last report, that is the biggest jump we have seen in the shortest time period all year! Out of those 112 homes, 11 have taken contracts and are in attorney review. There are still alot of buyers looking to buy and get settled before the school year starts so do not procrastinate too long, get your home ready and on the market.
