Randolph Recreation Football and Cheerleading Holds Pep Rally

RANDOLPH, NJ- The 53rd season of Randolph Recreation Bulldog Football kicked off this past weekend with their annual Pep Rally on the night of Friday August 22.  

All levels of football players and cheerleaders were out on the field to celebrate the start off another exciting season of football and cheer. The ages ranged from the smallest of Bulldogs, the second grade instructional level, on up to the varsity level which includes the eighth grade boys and girls.

Starting with the kids at the youngest level, Dan Limone introduced and invited onto the field the cheerleaders, who performed a cheer for the crowd.  Limone then announced the associated level football squad who sprinted onto the field through the line up of cheerleaders.  Limone introduced grades 2 through 7.

The eigth grade varsity cheer squad was introduced one by one, to recognize and honor the oldest level girls who will graduate out of the program and into high school.  Coach Jerry Davis then introduced his eigth grade boys team, and acknowledged them as well for their last year in the program.

Limone thanked the cheer squads for their dedication and support of the Bulldog program, and he wished them and the boys teams success in the upcoming season.
