LIVINGSTON, NJ – Regal Bank is continuing its tradition of sponsoring the Livingston Summer Concert Series with free live musical events every Sunday in July, at the Gazebo at Memorial Field, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The Livingston Summer Concert Series event is organized by the Township of Livingston. Attendees are invited to bring along blankets or chairs for the performances. Picnics are also welcome at Memorial Field—Livingston’s version of the Great Lawn in Central Park. During inclement weather, shows will be held in the Livingston High School Auditorium.
The Livingston Summer Concert Series Schedule is as follows:
- Sunday, July 6—The Kootz, Classic Rock
- Sunday, July 13—Manhattan Skyline, Doo-Wop
- Sunday, July 20—The British Invasion Tribute, Covers of Famous British Bands
- Sunday, July 27—The B-Street Band, Longest Running Bruce Springsteen Tribute Band
In addition to free, family-friendly entertainment, the concert series will feature many special giveaways from Regal Bank. New this year is a photo contest. Concert attendees are invited to snap pictures and post them to Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #RegalBankConcert, during the shows.
At the end of each performance, one photo will be announced as the weekly contest winner based on the followiong criteria: creativity and originality (25 percent), aesthetics (25 percent), overall engagement (25 percent) and fit to the theme (25 percent). Each weekly winner will receive a $50 gift card. At the end of the series, one grand prize winner will be chosen to receive a $100 gift card.
