Residents Report Vandalism of Buildings, Cars

BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Between Aug. 21 and Aug. 23, several residents reported vandalism to their property and vehicles, according to Bridgewater Township Police.

On Aug. 21, a resident of Carlene Drive reported that someone smashed the passenger side front window of his 2013 Dodge Dart while it was parked at his residence. The police report said it caused $200 worth of damage.

Another report said that between 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Aug. 23, someone smashed the moon roof of a 2012 Honda Accord while it was parked at the Bridgewater Commons Mall. According to the report, the victim reported $300 worth of damage.

Finally, on Aug. 23, a business owner on Old York Road reported vandalism to his property. According to the report, someone drew graffiti on his building between 6 p.m. Aug. 22 and 9 a.m. Aug. 23.
