Richard Goffman to Read From His Novel, Heartless Cruelty

NEWTON, NJ – The Betty June Silconas Poetry Center will present, Sussex County writer, Richard Goffman reading from his new mystery novel Heartless Cruelty on Saturday, February 9th from 2-4 p.m. at the SCCC Performing Arts Center Atrium.

A writer of fiction, non-fiction and poetry, Richard Goffman teaches writing, literature, journalism and public speaking in Paterson, New Jersey. He has published two textbooks as well as many freelance magazine articles and marketing pieces. Heartless Cruelty, his first published novel, made its debut in the summer of 2012.  A prequel is due out in fall 2013.

Mr. Goffman lives in Wantage, New Jersey, on a branch of the Papakating Creek.  The reading is free and open to the public.
