FLEMINGTON, NJ -- The Ridge girls and boys track teams both placed high in the Skyland Conference Relays over the weekend at Hunterdon Central High School.
The Ridge girls team came in second in the Delaware/Raritan Division with a team score of 86, which was 12 points away from first-place Hillsborough. The Ridge boys team was third with a total of 63 points.
Meaghan McEnroe of Ridge won the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:06.90. Alexa Mark came in second place in the long jump with a 17-01.00. Joy Osborne of Ridge was third in the high jump at 5-02.00.
Ridge also took first place in the girls 400-meter hurdle relay (3:26.66), the 1600 sprint medley (4:11.87) and the 4x400 meter relay (4:01.36). The Red Devils girls were second in the distance medley at 13:11.42.
For the Ridge boys, Curtis Lyons took first place in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 56.61. Alex Petric was second in the pole vault with a 13-00.00. And the Ridge boys were first in both the distance medley (10:22.60) and 4x800 meter relay (8:12.10).
